Refunds are only available to customers who have purchased a document or identity check but have not completed the check, irrespective of the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please contact us.
As stated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations “The right to cancel can be lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses”. Our product fee is for the identity verification of your documents. When using our service, the product will be delivered immediately, and this may affect your right to cancel once your order has been placed.
If you request cancellation of the service after the identity check has been processed no refund will be possible as the service will, at that stage, be deemed as having been completed in full.
